I haven't gotten it yet, but I've heard that the pokeballs have a 100% chance of capturing the pokemon. Is that true?

you have all 150 on your pokedex unlocked but the do not have to be caught then u talk to rowan and he gives u another pokedex then he says friend park is now unlocked

thanks!! only three to go!!! one of them is the evolved version of burmy, one of them is barboach and.. the other one is elvolved vesion of finneon! can someone tell me where to see these pokemon anyway???
