ok does anyone know where to find Arceus in diamond i beat the pokemon league but where do i find him??? and if you have palkai ill battle you on wi-fi just tell me your friend code

You need an AR or Nintendo Event to get Arceus. I don't have a Palkia; try GTS in Jubilife. It helps a lot.
