ok i know this is noob but where can i get the hm move strength? i need to get to snopoint city to get to the lake............. also where do i get a master ball??? if you could please answer this that would be great.....................

You will get master ball after defeating Cyrus(team galactic leader) for the first time. And you get strengh at the top of the lost tower outside of celestial town.

ya go 2 snowpoint and after ya get out of mt cornet walk north and slightly west ya shud see a house taLK 2 the hiker inside leave go approx 4 steps right and 3 up and its in the snow
