- Debut of the Character Series of official wallpapers and more

NIKO BELLIC Wanted for ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
Suspect is wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting at a nightclub in the Hove Beach area of Broker. The incident is believed to be gang related. Witnesses reported hearing an Eastern European accent which narrows it down to about 95% of the Hove Beach community. Even we can't arrest that many foreigners. Time to turn his dream into a nightmare. Shoot on sight or email us with any information.

ELIZABETA Wanted for NARCOTICS DISTRIBUTION
Suspect is wanted for questioning in connection with a drug deal in an apartment building on Rocket ST in South Bohan. Suspect shot and wounded a police officer who arrived at the scene before escaping on foot. $2000 in cash and 10LBS of cocaine were recovered at the crime scene, almost half of which has been put to one side in case we need it for evidence. Informants will be very well looked after. It only takes a minute to delete a file from the database. Email us if you want to see your tax dollars in action.

LITTLE JACOB Wanted for ILLEGAL ARMS TRADE
Suspect is believed to be prominent in both narcotics and illegal arms trades. Wanted for questioning in relation to a cache of recovered weapons, including rocket launchers and a variety of hand guns. Arms dealing is fine when we are the ones selling them to dictators, but this kind of untaxed business cannot be tolerated. The LCPD will clear any outstanding parking/speeding violations in exchange for any information leading to an arrest. Be a good American. We are watching you.

VLADIMIR GLEBOV Wanted for EXTORTION
Suspect believed to be running protection rackets in the Hove Beach area of Broker. The LCPD has received numerous reports of extortion and blackmail from local business owners in recent weeks. As yet, no witnesses have come forward. This is what happens when neighborhoods foster close-knit communities instead of building strip malls. Rigorous racial profiling is the only solution. Email us in complete anonymity with any information. IP addresses and web browsing history will be logged in accordance with the Jingoism Act.

what kind of music would be playing in the radio stations ??

They haven't announced the exact radio station list. However, we do know that there will be a Russian/Eastern Europe radio station, playing popular music from that area.

The GTA IV website has just received a major overhaul, we get two new videos, a bucket load of screenies, a preview of the map, and two radio stations (A classic funk and an eastern European station)

March 14, 2008 - If your Friday needed a boost, we've got one for you -- we have possible multiplayer details on Grand Theft Auto IV.

It seems our neighbors to the east -- PSM Spain -- got their paws on the title's 15 multiplayer modes and are ready to tell all. According to a translation on GTA4.net, online supports 16 players each with their own customized character -- race, sex, hair and clothing are up for grabs.

The article lists all of the game's modes -- we've got them below as well -- but goes into a bit of general detail on the ones it was able to play. Race and GTA Race lets the host choose which vehicles can be used and how many laps can be played; Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch has the host set the amount of pedestrians, traffic and police along with what weapons will be available; Mafia Work and Team Mafia Work cast you as one of Kenny Petrovic's men and assigns you hits to carry out before your opponent can; a single-player mission titled Hangman's NOOSE allows you to play with a friend as you move a mobster that's being pursued by SWAT agents; and finally, a team of police is charged with stopping a team of criminals in Cops N Crooks.

The translation says that all of these missions were played on the same map that is used in Niko's single-player adventure, but Rockstar Games has yet to officially respond to IGN on this article.
