You cant get the soothe bell in Firered. You have to have a pokemon that is holding it and trade that pokemon over to FR/LG from Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO as i said before you can get a soothe bell by using the item finder in the pokemon towerwere mr. fuji was standing(on the top floor)
and ho-oh why do you keep saying that there isnt in fire red a soothe bell because the last person who asked this question i answered the same thing a said now so please pay attention
