I am able to view the console, but in my ignorance can't seem to find where to input commands. I have messed with a few of the selections, but usually only succeeded in making the screen all crazy and had to start a new game or reload one. All help is much appreciated.

go to game instal directori go INI folder find ge3.ini open notepad find game test mode from change false to true/save open console in game whit ~
