you can find one at five island on a place called memorial pillar see you map to find it and there is another one in the trainer tower on seven island i dont know which battle you should choose but on the roof the owner will give you one

Like raha said on 5 island, just go east adn surf, then you'll come to a place that looks like a maze. Go through the maze, then go south to get to memorial pillar.
