Perhaps it's just me, perhaps it isn't...

When I use the 1.04 mega trainer with the 1.04 HATRED/GAYPOWER patch, the invulnerability cheat appears to work, but units can still die WITHOUT being squished (which I know in the game is a insta-kill for any infantry)

A prime example of this is to do a Engineer/Saboteur rush during the campaign, especially in the later levels where the enemy bases are fairly well defended. To replicate the effect, take ANY unit, does not matter which one (I've done with with everything from Mammoths to engineers to structures) and park it in the middle of a enemy base with invulnerable turned on for that unit. Wait, you'll get the "unit destroyed" message even though your unit is supposedly "invulnerable" and can't be killed.

I've had it happen while playing as the Scrin in the last mission, rushing the enemy base and capturing some buildings, then setting them invulnerable. Hit the area with a Rift effect to eliminate the building not under my control, and watched while my Construction Yard (set to invulnerable) was destroyed along with GDI. Of course, it had 2 Mammoths and 4 APCs firing on it at the time, if it was truly invulnerable that shouldn't have mattered though...

We're not freezing the health of the units, we're adding like 8 billion to the health for that unit, which, under normal circumstances, would be enough to merit 'unlimited health' as the option is called. But, yes, technically you are correct.

i usually wont notice they have less health left, unless they 'die' and i hear "unit LOST" :P(i try to do that as often as i can, but usually mass build... hard to keep track of all units)

Sure, easy enough to say that - save when you've done a Engineer rush, and are having to monitor two bases on opposite sides of the map.....kinda hard to do so in that case.

And, if you don't do Engineer rushes - well, you should try it sometime. Nothing quite like finishing a mission in 3 minutes when the enemy has no base left -0 being that you've captured his buildings, and are now using his own weapons against him...Makes a GDI mission that's a real pain otherwise (the mission to defend a base with no Construction Yard at first) absurdly easy, if you Engineer-rush and capture the first Nod base in toto.
