I've beaten 12 gym leaders (i'm so tough) and i still can't find da frickin' machine part!!! i've surfed all over the ceruelean gym and still can't find it!!! I NEED HELP!!!

It is in the small pool in the center of the gym. While searching press the button you pick up items.

Are you sure you search well? It is there. If your game has a problem i don't know how i can help. However i believe that you can find it. Search again.
