    i think fortuna is the industrial part of the city

    Fortuna is located on the left side on ur map. There are a high amount of shortcuts in this territory and does have quite a few tight turns but not as much as the other territories. It runs smoothly and won't be complicated as u will get through it with ease. This district is controlled by Wolf who only uses exotics. Also versing him on a canyon wouldn't be too difficult if u tune up ur car right.
