Where can you get some Great Stones from? And is The Chrome Heart any good?

is this the hr5 one?

and domination, i get a rathalos ruby every time i do the grank troublesome pair in the swamp, without dying once and killing the rathalos first

ok can someone tell me this, what do the rubys unlock ? Do they unlock Wyvern S and U armor perferably the rathalos and rathian ??????
