You can only catch one, and it depends on your starter. After you beat the elite four and everything one of them will be at random in the wild. this is how its determined which one you get: Starter - Dog Squirtle = Raikou Charmander = Suicune Bulbasaur = Entei

you need to get all 3 strater pokemon by trading pokemon then you beat the elite 4 and your going to find them in the wild
