There are few snipers good enough to do this (me being one of them ) If you flip a tank and then try to flip it onto its wheels it always (usually) flips the same way. get a sniper rifle flip a tank get on the side of the tank that will rotate towards the sky when flipped and look at the tank press x to flip it and the speed of the flip should send you straight into the air high up above the ground. whilst up there for those brief periods of time snipe people. though you need to be accurate and fast. be careful other people might see your constant going up and downs as a chance to play "whack-a-mole" and snipe you while your in the air. this trick also sometimes works with other vehicles ie:banshees, ghosts, warthogs, wraiths, spectors and many more! (actually thats all the vehicles)

You can also park a tank onto a flipped tank.(Do in multiplayer)Have one person flip a tank by riding it up a rock. Sending you out of the tank. Now get a person to drive another tank on top of it. Have the other person flip the lower tank. The person in the tank on top will be propelled straight out in to the sky, beyond the limits of a banshee.
I reccommend doing this on Blood Gulch (Coag) and use overshields.
ok. lets talk wheelies. in halo one while in the ghost if you hold a and move forward the ghost will have the front raised into the air making it look like its doing a wheelie (though it doesnt have any wheels wait. is that possible? doing a wheelie without wheels? That doesnt make sense! ) any who in halo 2 if you get one warthog to move forward towards the the top of a hill and time it right mind you. you get another warthog to fishtail (swing the backend around) and hit the front corner of the other warthog and drive away before the back wheel of the other warthog gets there the warthog should have the front end raised and driving. and thus is your wheelie. turning is a bit hard but i once had a warthog wheelie for ten minutes. now this may take a lot of tries and try to pick a hill with a gentle slope or else as soon as you hit the bottom of the hill the front will drop back down.

on the new Halo 2 map Tombstone there is a big screen displaying a picture of hang'em high. I don't know if this is already in the game but there are some boxes in tombstone that make me wonder. Body armor, armored boots, helmet, and pistol boxes all over the map. Also blast limon lime soda.
