drop the wigglytuff. its practicly useless. get the other 2 starters wen your friends come back. teach the move counter to either mewtwo or charizard [counter can be found in celedon dept store 3rd floor]
ok i will tell you the list of pokemon that can be taght heat wave and how:
1.charizard you must go to the man who teaches your pokemon old moves( the man who ask for mushrooms)on island2 and you will find heat wave on the top of the list.
2.moltres it can learn heat wave on lv.73
3.torkoal on lv.46
4.those pokemons can learn heat wave by breading:
slugma,magcargo,growlithe,arcanine,vulpex.ninetales 💛
