There is two ways to get him/her. One is in Crystal when your close to the day care. For your first time going in talk to the lady first, then talk to the man he will ask you if you want the egg say yes. It could be anything and you have 50% of it being a shiny. It could be any baby pokemon but munchlax. You can get him in a cave near the 4th gym badge.

there is 3 pokemon it can evolve into Hitmochan, Hitmonlee, and my favorite Hitmontop. Hitmonlee I think is Defens higher than attack hitmonchan Attack higher than defense and hitmontop both equil attack defense has to be the same example Hitmontop atk 230 def 230
