can someone explain the whole island thing?
i thought it was just johto region only!!!

At Vermillion City, there is a ferry that takes you to the Sevii islands. You first get the ticket there by beating Blaine at Cinnabar, and Celio will come up to you and ask if you want to take a trip with him. Say yes. You will now be at One Island. This is the first of the 7 islands. Now, you can only go to 1,2,3 islands, but later you can get to the rest. To get to the rest, you have to beat the Pokemon League and have a pokedex with 60+ pokemon caught. Then, go to one island and enter the pokemon center. Talk to Celio on the right, and he'll say some stuff, then give you the Rainbow pass. That allows you to go to 4-7 islands, as well as 1-3. You board the ferry to go to them at Vermillion City on the dock.

and youll be able to find a rare pokemon call unown on 7 island. theres a cave on your way south of 7 island. go into it. you gotta put rocks in holes. if you get them all in the right holes an earthquake will happen. then you go south till your next to water. use surf and go into any of the chambers. just walk round and youll find a lvl25 unown

humm interesting is it possible to fill your pokedex

if it wasnt then why would give you a pokedex i nthe 1st place..... yes it is possible. just catch different types of pokemon
