Whoever said C was right.
To coffesighco: DOOM DESIRE is a move where Jirachi summons something that kills the targeted pokemon 2 turns later.
What I meant by never was that only Jirachi would be able to learn it and any pokemon game they make with Jirachi in it the Steel pokemon would not be able to use it.
