The hardest way to get Mew, Ho-oh, and Lugia is thru a Nintendo Event. Do u have an AR, 'cause if u do, I can give u the cheat code for it.This is for questin 3. An easier way (well, kinda) is get a trapinch w/ arena trap. You'll find out if you try to escape, it,ll say you can't. Raise it to level 40 or something and weakn him till her HP turns red. Then just keep throwing pokeballs at it. Hope this helps I'll find out ur 4th question.
