THIS IS A A DAWN OF WAR PROBLEM I GTO CORSIXS DOW AND COH SERVICE MODDER AND IT SAYS ERROR EVERY TIME WDF WHER CAN I GET A GOOD MODDING SYSTEM

First of all, writing with the Caps Lock on is considered shouting, not very polite...

Second, why not just go grab the official mod tools from the Relic forums? They are the ones I use and have no problems, but be prepared for a long loading time though, they take a while to load.
