i dont think you get mewtwo in the game... but i knowu can get mew somewhere! after the elite four of course(like it always is with the super good legendarys...)!

Mewtwo is in the Unknown dungeon next to Cerulean City, after you beat the elite four you can go in there.

u got that mixed up. mews NOT in the game [without event or cheat] but mewtwo is. after helping celio and beating elite-4 you can go into mewtwos cave and it will be level 70
