i need help...how do u get up the stairs with the trees in front of it that is in sootopolis city PS

I don't no wat stairs ur talking about. Is this in emerald? Wat side of sootopolis is it? Tell me everything there is to no. 🤔

the only place in sootopolis i can find like that is in the house to the right of the pokemon center. and i tried cut and dig and it didnt work TwT

apology accepted...u should look carefully, just roam around sootpolis and u'll find the stairs, then use either dig, cut, or hidden power.And use it in front of the stairs

I found the stairs,finally,but i did every move that wuz mentioned,& it didnt work. I just did it rite now. I dont even no how you people come up w/ this stuff.
