i kno where to get feebas but i have never seen it appear. does anyone kno an easier way??

it only appears on 4 squares in the water before Fortree City each day, you just have to be patient, it took me about an hour to catch mine. using a super rod also helps. once you have it, i would breed it at the Daycare.
