What synthesis items do you need to make special keyblade

There are four forms: Valor, Wisdom, Master, and Final. You can go into a form using the drive gauge. To use Valor, you must have Goofy in your party and 3 Drive gauges filled. To use Wisdom, you must have Donald in your party and 3 Drive Gauges filled. To use Master, you must have 2 in your party (not KOed) and 4 Drive gauges filled. To use Final, you must have 2 in your party (not KOed) and 5 Drive Gauges filled.

You need the Ultima recipe also.

Yes and each form gains experience a different way.
Valor: 1 hit = 1 exp
Wisdom: 1 heartless defeated = 1 exp
Master: 1 Drive Orb = 1 exp
Final: 1 Nobody defeated = 1 exp

where can I get the ultima recipe? and all the other stuff

u get the recipe from where u found donald and goofy in the beginning of the game...the other stuff im not too sure about but this i kno for a fact...there are only 7 Orichalcum+. They ask for 13 but u have to use that special stone that cuts ingredients in half
