do they only work if you have a gameshark or other cheat device? cause all the ones ive tried never

We currently don't have any Pokemon Emerald trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

most of the codes on this site for the pokemon games are for AR

Most codes are for the AR, no matter where you are.
