You've most likely stopped playing FFXII by now, but I just wanted to say that "The Rains" and "The Dry" alternate based on the game clock. There are 2 hours of "The Dry" and 1 hour of "The Rains" after the first time it starts raining in Giza Plain. The first raining last until you complete the Jahara portion of the main story then the weather alternates for the rest of the game. Each weather type will last for as long as you stay in the Giza Plains (even if you pass the time limit).
Also, there is a Seeq at the Southgate of Rabanastre that will let you know how much longer each weather type will last if you talk to him.
Just thought I'd mention that for anyone that doesn't know.

Yeah, I have actually beat the game since I posted this, but its still handy to know, maybe someone will get uses from this info, instead of making a new topic about it.
