You can get the console commands ingame doing the following:
- Press ` (the ~ key) - Type "help" and press enter - Use Page up/down to scroll through these commands
..Unfortunately I just got done looking for anything that might be a cheat, and didn't find anything.

I've been using the command 'save' as a quicksave. There's probably a button somewhere, but i've been too lazy to look it up.

f6 for quicksave, f7 for quickload which you know will cause some "oh ****" moments.
