Bleh! So I haven't played Diablo II in over 3 months, load it up today, and all my characters are gone. Lvl 94 Paladin and 86 Amazon with all their shiny gear, so sad...

What? Did you mean the online game or just single player? I asked that because i haven't played Diablo for 1,5 year (single player) and i didn't have problems when i tried it 2 months ago.

Multiplayer, if you don't log in for 3 months they delete them. This'll be the....fourth, time it has happened. Stupid Blizzard .

I know how you feel.......................
That happened to me aswell, I had a Barbarian, at the highest Level, and I didn't play online for awhile and my account expiried.
