you can purchase it in the castle when you first get in around the walls

well when u reach the castle u can either purchase it or find it near the fountain for free

there goes the fun......
theres also a way when you reunite with ashely there is a door that is locked and leon saids he could lift someone up to open it...in that room theres one with many other goodies
but its a long route
