Is it possible to get the handmaiden to turn to the dark side or any other light side character?

yes, you can turn the alignment of any character based on your influence over them.

accept for kreia(sp?) i think she stays nutral

Well I could but I don't think there's enough text here to do so...best bet is to go to gamefaqs.com and use the Influence Guide there under Kotor II, that'll really save you some time...

Bottom line- Gaining influence with handmaiden you have to perform good acts in her sight or better yet start dueling with her on the Ebon Hawk, that'll boast her influence with you in no time...on dark side her clothing (including lipstick) will turn jet black...

I won't spoil anything for you but in the end she reveils her real name and such to you...

what i really want to know is how is she diffrent in personality and what does she say diffrent.

all you need to do to gain influence with her is do her echani fighting training with her on the ebon hawk. each time you do that you gain influence and it opens up new dialogue options that you can use to gain influence.

Same as light really, all the characters (even after converted) are like this...maybe a bit more angry but nothing really changes, Obsidian dropped the ball there with the influence aspect of the game...your party should evolve with you as you gain influence with them and head down the dark path...instead they act pretty much the same way on both light and dark, stupid really...
