Yes, the Radicals kill you because they see you as offensive to their religion. You mentioned keeping an eye on Muslims in America. Whys is that? Do you see them as offensive? Or a threat? If you do then you have an insight as to how the Radicals view you. However, the rest of that religion gets on just fine and doesn't have a problem with Americans, or the rest of the world for that matter. This is because they know that Americans are no threat to their ways, because they understand that Americans want peace also, and therefore those Muslims are not ignorant. The Radicals dont see you as wanting peace, this is their ignorance. These peaceful Muslims, as in non Radicals, do fight their own people, for peace. Theres an Iraqi Army which helps American forces fight insurgents. They hung Saddam Hussein. You have to understand that the peaceful Muslims still hold hope that the terrorists will decide to stop. They dont want to kill their people, their neighbours, their friends and family even. Imagine if a Radical Christian group started up and went around butchering innocent Muslims, and you knew your neighbors and friends were part of it, and the only way to stop them was to kill them, it wouldn't be easy would it?. They dont fight Radicals, they dont fight America, yet you sum them up as Radicals, when clearly they are not. Radicals sum up Americans as all the same, even though many are opposed to the war, they dont fight their government about it, so according to your logic and the way the Radicals see things, they would be just as bad as the ones at war. For all the Radical Muslims know, Americans could be getting nukes ready right now, for when they withdraw their forces, so they can blow the crap out of Iraq. "What if's" are dangerous. I am in a western country, yet I fear no threat of terrorists and we have not been attacked by them, and when a New Zealander is kidnapped by mistake they are always released. This is because the Radicals are not ignorant about our country and culture. Yet American and New Zealand culture is similar, and both very western. So I think that if they understood more about America like they understand New Zealand, then they would also not attack you I also think that if you understood more about Muslims, then you would be less inclined to hold them in suspicion. And DR, just because a few muslims are twisting the words of the Quran for their justification of suicide bombings does not mean that the WHOLE of the muslim population is a huge threat. I suggest you rethink your priorities, and get your facts straight. Note - I am telling you PEACEFULLY.

I have no prejudices towards Moslems, Iranians or indeed anyone excluding the Welsh and the French.
But, I do find that religion is having an adverse effect on both American and Iranian politics, both countries are too influenced by extreme opinions and characters in their countries. America is the worlds paranoid scizophrenic, I'm putting the odds of them attacking Iran at 2-1 at this stage. This of course really depends on the next elections and on who takes centre stage in the next years.

I say that because you really don't know what is going on...Are the Moslems (100% of them) so faithful to their Religion that they are actually trying to convince the rest of the world that most of them are peaceful? I'm not going to let my guard down.

Read above...for all we know, they are trying to over populate us and try to get as many faithful Moslems into power. All I'm saying is that you never know, and again, I'm not going to let my guard down. The result of that happneing is planes crashing into to skyscrapers. We let out guard down at the security in airports (either that or we never had it at all) and the hijackers were able to get knives on the plane.

Maybe in dreams...the Radicals see us as an insult to Allah, their religion and themselves. That is the greatest of offensives and they believe that they will go to Heaven with 72 virgins if they kill in the name of their religion...if they kill the infidels. They are not going to stop.

Catholics would never do that and if they ever did...they wouldn't be following the Catholic teachings by far.
All it takes in the US is for four people to have the same belief and those four people could legally call themselves 'Christians' under their new religion. Get enough people to follow and you have your own personal anti-Moslem army.

You forgot us, we had a terrorist scare here also several months ago...some Islam extremists connected to the Taliban were planning a raid on Capital Hill in Ottawa, they wanted to hold the Prime Minister hostage and demand a bunch of stuff in Afganistan or just plain kill the PM, no one really knows? Anyways it was foiled before hand by the RCMP...we were lucky...
