If it were up to me...I would keep a close eye on the Moslems in the USA...only because we don't know what is going on. We don't know if they are trying to take over our country by simple over populating us generations down the road. Or if they are planning on causing mass chaos one day and kill everyone they can.
I only say this is because I have yet to see the 'peaceful' Moslems (who are 'supposedly' many) fight against the terrorists.
Now, every great idea has always started with one man (and I refuse to put in the politcal correct 'or woman'...it's not huWOMAN...it's huMAN.) so actually...anyone (any 'peaceful' Moslem) here as they ability to fight against the terrorism if they truly want the prejudice to stop.
Until that happens, I'm going to see the Moslems as terrorists because that is all I see.
maybe they don't fight because they are peaceful muslims.
and maybe they are trying to avoid a religious civil war.

Where did you find this idea calling those Muslim terrorists?
I'm sure the media had something to do with this. You can't just simply call them terrorist without knowing about the religion deeeply. They are fighting over this but in different ways, you just didn't noticed.
I read that western and european media always bring out the negative about Muslim, so that's is why this kind of thing occured. Totally unfair.

Ignorance is largely why most Americans see all Muslims as a threat, and why Muslim extremist attack America They just dont know any better, and those that do are having a hard time enlightening everyone else unfortunately. People who come out and say things like "death to all Muslims/Americans" have: 1) Little or no knowledge about who they hate 2) Set a bad image for the rest of their people
Take Muslim extremists for example, they're just a small part of the Muslim religion. Say it was Christians instead, then that would be like Evangelists and so forth. Frowned upon by the rest of the religion and in no way representative of all Christians. Only with understanding and education can there be peace.

So they attack us...because we are ignorant? Or because they are ignorant? Either way...I don't think so.
The 'Radical' Islams see us and every non-Moslems as a disgrace to Allah and their religion...therefore they kill us...simple.
Again, it is because the of so called, 'peaceful' Moslems inabillity to act why we (Or just I for that matter) sum up the Islam religion with that of the sword and terrorism.
For all we know...the religion of the Moslems could be so great to them that they are trying to brainwash the rest of the world, making us think that there are peaceful Moslems out there. And once we let out guard down, they will attack. But that is just a lot of 'what ifs.'
Yes, the Radicals kill you because they see you as offensive to their religion. You mentioned keeping an eye on Muslims in America. Whys is that? Do you see them as offensive? Or a threat? If you do then you have an insight as to how the Radicals view you. However, the rest of that religion gets on just fine and doesn't have a problem with Americans, or the rest of the world for that matter. This is because they know that Americans are no threat to their ways, because they understand that Americans want peace also, and therefore those Muslims are not ignorant. The Radicals dont see you as wanting peace, this is their ignorance. These peaceful Muslims, as in non Radicals, do fight their own people, for peace. Theres an Iraqi Army which helps American forces fight insurgents. They hung Saddam Hussein. You have to understand that the peaceful Muslims still hold hope that the terrorists will decide to stop. They dont want to kill their people, their neighbours, their friends and family even. Imagine if a Radical Christian group started up and went around butchering innocent Muslims, and you knew your neighbors and friends were part of it, and the only way to stop them was to kill them, it wouldn't be easy would it?. They dont fight Radicals, they dont fight America, yet you sum them up as Radicals, when clearly they are not. Radicals sum up Americans as all the same, even though many are opposed to the war, they dont fight their government about it, so according to your logic and the way the Radicals see things, they would be just as bad as the ones at war. For all the Radical Muslims know, Americans could be getting nukes ready right now, for when they withdraw their forces, so they can blow the crap out of Iraq. "What if's" are dangerous. I am in a western country, yet I fear no threat of terrorists and we have not been attacked by them, and when a New Zealander is kidnapped by mistake they are always released. This is because the Radicals are not ignorant about our country and culture. Yet American and New Zealand culture is similar, and both very western. So I think that if they understood more about America like they understand New Zealand, then they would also not attack you I also think that if you understood more about Muslims, then you would be less inclined to hold them in suspicion. This is why I believe lack of education leading to ignorance is a huge factor.
One little side thing, Americans view their country as the greatest, which could be quite easily taken as an insult to every other country, and could also sound very arrogant. Yet it is not meant this way, and most people understand not to take it as an insult, but as self pride and respect. No harm really, but can you see how ignorance could lead to unintentional insult?
