you need to go to the Sevii Islands and help fix the machine on Island 1. you need to travel to the different islands and find the ruby and sapphire to repair it.

um whares that island ( dont i need a ranbow pass)

yes, after oak improves your pokedex then talk to celio on 1 island hell give u a rainbow pass. go to where the 2 rocket guys are standing at mt ember and go inside after you beat them. youll find the ruby. give to celio then go to 6 island for the saphire. itll be in the dotted hole. u cut the door with a pokemon that knows cut and u go inside. ull find holes.

after you find the saphire a geek comes and takes it.
you go to 5 island and go into the rocket warehouse. you gotta beat the geek for the saphire

how do u get oak to updat your dex

your all stinken wrong you have to make your pokemon realy strong with at leat 1 legendary pokemon
