Back in Dubai... finally.
Differences are that in CE you get the Koenigsegg CCX, Dodge Challenger R/T ('71), Chevy Camaro Concept, Nissan 240SX, and the Pagani Zonda F. There may be more cars, im not sure, as i dont have CE.
I think theres also a special challenge in the challenge series, exclusive to CE, much like the Black Edition challenge in NFSMW: Black Edition. But again im not sure. But i do know for certain there are extra cars.

No probs dudes. Ya the drift mechanism in this game is a bit tricky to master, but the only way to perfect it is thru practice. As they say, practice makes perfect.

Just look at my FAQ for tips, dude. Theres a whole section on it, including the origins of drifting. All my mates found it quite helpful, and now they are drifting like pros. But they will never be as good as me.
