were is deoxys and whats action reaplay

Action Replay is a series of codes to trigger different things in the game like all the 386 Pokemon unlimited money all Pokemon lvl 100 etc...Also, there is a rumor that Deoxys is found in space when the rockets reach 100 rocket leaunches it's only a rumor so I dunno if it's true or not.

when the rocket reaches 100 launches you can get jirachi not deoxys.

do u know the ar codes for ruby bc i dont have sapphire
