Give it haircuts.

Crobat is the third evolution of Zubat and it happens around level 60. Also, as emmerdale said, it has to trust you so it can evolve. Haircuts and battles are ideal.

if you raise a Zubat from level 5 and hardly lose any battles then it should evolve at around level 24, after its become a Golbat
