I remember this game...beat it last October, what a romp...excellent game, on variably the same level as Vice City...
I can't really remember the U-Gin mission as it's been awhile since I beat it, I think you just need to track down the guy on the boat by chasing him down the river...just destroy his boat or aim and shoot him...good luck, it's a great game

just look for the gy wid a blue hat on and a purple jacket if u see him aim for his head or shoot his boat loads of times to blow it up be worned dot shoot the rong person becouse all the boats speed up and u will lose him then

heres a tip on using a sniper rifle: carefully tilt the analog stick the way hes going just a bit infront of him then fire!! youll soon hit him(this can take a bit of practice,its just im very good with snipers in games)
