That's what I do with Tsearch/CoSMOS/Artmoney. None of them are able to freeze or alter the money. Whenever I alt-tab back to the desktop, I see the money value change in Tsearch (or whichever app I use) so I know I'm changing the right locations. But when I alt-tab back into the game, the money value doesn't change to what I changed it to.

I tried that too, no go. I don't understand why some of us aren't haven't any problems while others can't get any of the apps to work.

Well, there are a couple of things that can go wrong. One is that each time the game reloads the address changes (unless you build a trainer to fix the address.) Also there's the question of which fight you are playing. The address for the money is different for the Prolog, the first mission, and for skirmishes.
Finally while there are two addresses that show up it seems that one is for NOD and the other for GDI. I had a hell of a time battling in a skirmish when I fixed both values.

The other thing that I've seen happen is sometimes you might not set the value to fixed. If you allow the values to change (increment) then I've seen the value drop to it's minimum value. Like I had the value fixed at 10k but it could drop down to 8k.

All I can say is to keep trying. I knew what I wanted to do but I had it screw up on me a few times. I think I must have done something wrong those times, but I'm not sure what. All I know is that I've managed to get it to work so keep trying.

Well I'm trying this on the first mission (not prologue). Both addresses that show up have the same money value that I have so I know it can't be the NOD's money too.

Set the value to fixed? Is there something I need to do within the app to "set" the money other than just typing in the new value? You don't have to with Artmoney and the directions for Tsearch and CoSMOS don't say anything about a confirmation or anything. I also hate that freezing the values don't work either.

Do you start the game first and then alt-tab out and start the app, or do you start the app, start the game, then alt-tab out?

    Thanks for the info too!

Weird. Every now and then I'll freeze the value and it seems to stick for a while (the money looks like it tries to decrease but ends up staying the same). But as soon as I queue up a ton of stuff, it starts to decrease.
