Do you need to beat the champions league to catch ho-oh? I got all the dogs but didnt defeat the champions league.

yep, you need the Rainbow Wing. I think you can find it in Tin Tower. Talk to the people who are there.

Actually you need to go to viridan city and talk to guy who had a lot of coffee (after you've cauaght three dogs) and he should give you a rainbow wing!!!

and when you get ho-oh go to union cave and explore until you've found a place thats in the ruins of alph and enter the stone panel room with ho-oh first in line and a back door will appear.bet ya didnt know that!
