What is so special about shiny pokemon? Everyone's too eager finding them.....

They are just cool. Like a black Rayquaza and black Charizard-- They are actually weaker than norm. pkmn.
Teach them good moves and give them high stats making them strong.

with cheating. But I mean their stats are like 100 points lower. But you could cheat them back up.
