Since Smeargle is a Johto pokemon, and Smeargle in the johto games was in the Alph ruins, Nintendo probably wanted Smeargle to have its own special cave. (Since it's a pokemon that doesn't exist in Hoenn)
So no. There is no other pokemon at all in the cave

how do u get the tickets to mirage island and birth island as well as navel rock????

To get Tickets to Navel Island and Birth Island, you have to go to a Nintendo Event, (Most probably in america). But every now and then they come to Britain, (I got Deoxys in britain He He)
As for Mirage Island, there is no ticket There is a certain number for it every day, and if that number matches any of your pokemon (in your party), Mirage Island will be there

you can't go to the moon. some weirdo must have started a rumor and he should be kicked up the . i heard youre supposed to wait until the guy at the rocket place (forgot name) counting the rocket launches, tell you 50+ then he says if u want to go to space. well he says for me there have been 78 successful rocket launches and still nothing happens. so see, he's a liar
