First if you have a Logitech G15 keyboard, it all easy as smurf pie, if not, try and use another kind of macro key recording.
What I do is after I set the campaign up for cheats enabled, I bind CTRL+ALT+[B], which I press about 20 times, to the first key which gives about 200,000 K with every press, CTRL+[K] to the second key(this comes in handy if you've reached your unit cap and need to make more room), ALT+[F2] to the third key to give fast access to the spawn menu, CTRL+SHIFT+[C] to the fourth key for quick copy and CTRL+SHIFT+[V] to the fith key for fast pasting. the I bind TILD-S-A-DOWN ARROW-ENTER to the sixth key for quick fog removal.
Next, I use the spawn menu to build a level 3 air defense, ractor, mass extractor and shield. then a level 2 torpedo and point defense turret. Bind each of them to keys 5 through 0. then all you need is hit a number, the quick copy key and the quick paste key to biuld like mad.
Once set up, it's faster and more fun than a trainer IMO.
But what you haven't figured out is that the built in cheats give your opponents the same thing it gives you. So when you use the macros to give energy and mass, you are giving your enemy the same.
The trainer doesn't do that. It only give it to you...
Are you the guy on csbanana?
Also, how do you bind the cheats to a key like that?
Yep, but I'm retired from CSS skinning now and I'm considering SupCom modding, it's a really fun game.
As far as these cheats giving the same powers, mass/energy to the other guy, well that's all gravy then. As far as I'm concerned it just evens up the odss a bit, I mean what's the pooint of being able to build a wall of defenses if theenemy can't churn out an endless hoarde to throw at you.

Binding, if you have a G15, is easy. Just hit the MR button, then choose one of your "G" keys, then type in what you want binded and then hit the MR again. If you don't have it, then use the iungame console's command to bind the keys to any of your keyboard keys.

What I mean by TILD-S-A-DownArrow-enter-TILD is theat is your command sequence. So basically, you'll hit the tild key, then type SA which brings SallyShears up as your fist option and hitting the down arrow selects. The hit enter to acticate and TILD to return to your screen. I've found it really is a bit more fun than a trainer because it does give your enemy the same mass/energy that you have, but it can't simply copy and past units, and on an 8 player map with 7 Hoarde teams VS you, with everyone being unlimited, it can actually be a chore to keep up your defenses while causing them all damage.
