well ther is another way. wat u could do is use the pokeball glitch,or u could wait till u get to the pokemon leage (but u will need to beat them and go to the battle frontier) and clone ur pokemon while it is holding the master ball so u will have 2 and kepp on doing it until u get the rite amount tht u need. but if u need the ones like articuno and ho-oh and lugia u will need to do wat ho-oh said.
