    Well I was just playing as the Yamato and 1 US sub fired about 200 torps in a row at me either that or there was 50 us subs in the same place

    Sank me in seconds with the no damage on

    Are you sure you didn't have the 'massive damage' turned on? (F2)

    if anyone else can substanciate this i would like to know.. or if anyone has had the options turned on and subs are NOT spraying them with torpedos id like to know also.. tnx..

    hey there,

    It just happened once to me that a sub threw me tons of torps within a short distance and my cute DD sunk within seconds while the Damage op was on. But it just happened once and I don't think it a big problem at all. After all, I initially didn't take too much attention to that sub and that's why got it time to get so close to my DD. It never happened to other vessels. Hope this helps to clarify.

    It just happened again. I had only the following options activated:

    F1) Infinite Health
    F3) Instant Reload
    F6) Infinite Torpedos

    ok, we may have a problem then... for now i suggest you do as the clever chap above suggested and dont let them come too close.. im a little busy atm with other projects which demand my attention im affraid but as soon as i get a spare couple of hours ill have a look at fixing it.

    I have had it happen twice so far but i havent come against enemy subs too often

    they do fire a huge volly of torps you can see 30-50 of them coming at you on the water

    I had inf damage and reload on no inf torps
    I dont think the computer has a limit on torps
    If you come across this problem i would say have reload turned off

    Inf damage does not protect against flooding and under water hull damage

    I get no damage from surface attacks unless the odd shot from a Ship hits me below the water line

    I have never had Damage mod turned on

    I wouldnt say this is game breaking just a little agravating

    thnx for the information matey.. your one of CH's obviously smarter members.. usually i dont take the time to reply mainly cus the bugs are shouted out in the form of insults or demands.. its refreshing to see someone actually give a nice accurate description of whats happening.

    The problem is this game is such a nasty creature to train.. as u noticed there isnt any other trainers out for it.. and beleive me i know personally many groups have tried.. The health issue i did mention in the nfo.txt .. i didnt have time to track the remainder of the 2 damage sources.. hopefully when it goes quiet i will get back to it.. the torpedos.. ships and subs will have unlimited torpedos for sure i didnt see this as a problem because generally they are dead before they get close enuff to use them.. but the rapid fire IS an issue that needs addressing again.. ill try and fix it when either an update for the game comes out or i get some free time..
