it is on the Island where the sandman is at.take your boat or your flying plane there.the Island is the one that has the bank at the end of the Island,the Island is something like a piont at the end of it and you'll see the bank.go to that Island with your boat.dock then go and call your car.if you are facing the road with your back to the bar,take a rigth,watch out for the trucks with gunman in them.turn lelf at the 2nd truck with the gunmans,follow that road to the top of the hill,turn letf and follow the road to the plantation.
