can anybody help me how to past the photograhpy class 3..........because i try so many time but i still can past it.........

You have to go to New Coventry and take pictures of hobos (bearded homeless men) or dogs (these are kind of hard to find) so I would stick with trying to find the hobos.
Just skate around New Coventry and you'll find them on every street.

this mission isnt very clearly defined but is easy when you know how, get a bike and head over to new coventry and along the streets look for dogs or hobos and take pictures of them, i suggest taking pictures of hobos as they are easier to find
