If you're looking for a decent American football game, i recommend madden 06, its just the same but the gamerscore is a hell of a lot easier to get, but also its cheaper too.

I suggest any of the Madden series since 2004. If it's before that, it's going to be pretty outdated in terms of who is on what team. Then again, anyone is entitled to there own opinions.
