Yeh, the same problem for me. I could not solve this. Reinstall the game twice - no chance. So roll back to 1.3 (with tears in my eyes) and all works perfect again.

And PS - F8 doesn´t work no matter if -dev mode is on or off in command line. In case of version 1.3 and mega tr. 1.3 no problem at all.
