The worst problem I had with an AR was Bad Eggs appearing in my pokemon box, but they didn't do anything really, just took up space.
Latios doesn't stay in one place for long, and flying around trying to chase it wont work, so you'll have to just stay in one spot and keep looking until it comes to you.
argh.. how about using a white flute? will that help?

yeahh.. so should i just like go around to any grass place and use it? and also do tall grasses count?
