i need someone better than pickachu,raichu and magnemite and magneton that has high atk adn defense and can learn shock wave,tunder,thunderbolt,thunderwave. what pokemon is like this?? oh yeah and electabuzz is good but there arent any in the game.

there is no other, unless you get a zapdos, which you cant unless you trade from fire red or leaf green.

use gameshark and type in this cheat code:
Shiny Surfing Pikachu
(When you are doing codes that put pokemin in your PC, do NOT open your PC before you enter the codes)
Important: When you are taking out your Pikachu, before you exit the PC do NOT leave the mouse thingy on Box 1 leave it on a different Box like Box 14.(This goes for all of the cheats like this one)
Pikachu is shiny. It is Holding a Thunderstone. It is lv 25. It has Pokerus. It's moves are Surf(24PP), Thunder(16PP), ThunderBolt(24PP) and Iron Tail.
Note: After you go into your PC do NOT leave it on box 1 or it'll screw up your PC. Leave it on Box 14 or something before you disable it or leave the Pokemon Center.
Pokerus:
This is a helpfull virus in the game. This virus can improve all of your stat points when you grow levels. If your pokemon has pokerus and it's in your party it will spread to your other pokemon. But these effects are temporary unless you put the infected pokemon in your PC. In order to get it, you need A LOT of luck. You need to find a wild pokemon with pokerus. You will know it has pokerus because it will be it's status condition. To make sure it really has pokerus(if you actually caught a pokemon with it) go to any pokemon center and the nurse will say that it is infected with pokerus(When you talk to her).
