Company of Heroes Message Board  

I bought a original Company of Heroes from EB Games downloaded the patch 1.40 wondering if mega trainer 1.40 will work as i heard other guy had problems with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

as to nobody suprise, bloody 1.40 trainer doesnt work updated game to 1.40 then used trainer doesnt work sick of these coh trainers, played around for 2 hours trying to get it to work.

the trainer does work, apart from unit health and instant build structures.

try ALT-TABing back to the desktop once you have the game loaded with your save game loaded, then fire up the trainer, and ALT_TAB back ingame and activate all the keys.

thanks to Chris and the gang for at least providing an updated Trainer for 1.40 -- they didn't have to.

Thanks for aa idea to resolve the health issue in 1.4 mega tr. - I did try that, but nothing changes. F8 still doesn´t work. But of course - many thanks for the trainers and a lot of work on them.

the only REAL reason that people might be having these problems is that whoever makes this game (dont have it infront of me atm) are rlsing DIFFERENT!! exes with their patches.. ie.. 1.0 to 1.4 will be different to v1.3 to v1.4, this is THE only explanation that i can think of.. and im affraid that its not a problem that will be fixed as rlsing multiple trainers for different versions will cause MORE confusion, when i make the 1.5 trainer lets hope they release only 1 version.. this time i will make sure i place in the information WHICH patch i used... im pretty sure its this as they also make u auto update and its not unheard of that older exes are not updated if you dload from SITES instead of directly updating..

actually.. if anyone wants to PM me their email i will send you the EXE i am using and if you then replace that with the one you have you can see if that IS the problem.

haha ... you guys have your problems don't ya ... for my part all ther trainer options works fine except for the health system ... but hey .. i completed the game when i first bought it using no trainer or cheat ... so i can do it again s should you guys ... just consider the game a little easier with all the other options enabled ... trainers are fun .. but at least try and play the game for once as it's meant to ... btw. thumbs up for the ppl who made the trainer keep up the good work

Never used a trainer before but have updated to 1.4 COH (English ver)and installled trainer mega1.4.

None of the Function commands appear to work ? obviously Im missing something.... Do i load the trainer and leave running in background ? do I have to enable something in the game itself ?

Stuck at hill 192 as well (for weeks !) and would like some help.
